Insufficient reforms

: According to the EU Commission, Poland's changes to the EU system are too few, and the Commission still has doubts about compliance with rule of law standards.

For Poland, this means in concrete terms that hoped-for payments from the EU pot to cushion the economic consequences of the Corona crisis will not be made for the time being.

Warsaw hopes to access funds of up to 35 billion euros - initially in vain.
