Biscuit cake with chocolate balls (edited by Gilad Manheim)
There are two recipes that go with us everywhere - biscuit cake and chocolate balls, how about putting them together into a crazy and spoiled cake?
This exaggerated cake by confectioner Or Ben Oliel is the perfect cake when you want to go wild with the kids in the kitchen on a day full of fun, chocolate, biscuits and whipped cream.
It consists of a bottom of biscuits, cream cheese, a chocolate layer of chocolate ball mixture, some more cream cheese, and finally coconut-coated chocolate balls (you can also have colored candies if you really want to go wild).
For people without boundaries.

Some highlights:
* The base for the chocolate ball mixture is made from a ready-made chocolate cake.
You can use leftover cake you have at home or make specially from a ready-made mixture as in the recipe.
* Note that one packet of biscuits is enough - some of the biscuits will be lightly dipped in milk and will serve as the base of the cake (as in a regular biscuit cake) and 2-3 more biscuits.
They will give a fun texture.
* If you have a mixture of chocolate balls or raw materials left over at the end of the preparation for further preparation of chocolate balls, do not hesitate, make more chocolate balls from it and snack until the biscuit cake in the refrigerator has stabilized.

Preparation
How to make a biscuit cake and chocolate balls?
1 For the
chocolate balls:
Make a cake from the mixed mixture according to the instructions on the package.
And bake and cool.
2 crumbs about half the amount of chocolate cake prepared, place in a bowl, add half a cup of chocolate spread and the coarsely crumbled biscuits (they will add a fun texture).
Mix everything together to a uniform mixture.
The mixture should be moist and convenient for the preparation of chocolate balls.
If necessary, add more chocolate spread or crumble more from the cake as needed.
Roll out balls one-third of the chocolate ball mixture, coat with coconut and set aside.
The remaining two-thirds are saved for assembling the biscuit cake.
4 Make
cream for the cake:
Beat the cream, sugar, milk, cream cheese and pudding in a mixer until a firm cream is obtained.
5
Assemble the biscuit cake:
Dip biscuits in milk and place in one layer on the bottom of a pan.
Spread over half of the cream cheese.
Sprinkle over the cream cheese a generous layer of the chocolate ball mixture left in the bowl (see video).
Place the second half of the cream cheese on top and smooth nicely with a spatula or platter.
Arrange on top the prepared chocolate balls that we rolled in coconut.
7 Refrigerate for 6-8 hours to set before serving.
Tip:
From the remaining raw materials (chocolate cake, chocolate spread and biscuits) you can make another mixture for chocolate balls, roll balls and devour.
