The Jurisprudence Scientific Council of the Ministry of Endowments announced that Saturday the ninth of July is the first day of Eid al-Adha.
In a statement, SANA received a copy of it today, the council stated that tomorrow, Thursday, June 30, is the first day of the month of Dhu al-Hijjah, that Friday, July 8, is the day of Arafa, and that the first day of Eid al-Adha is Saturday, the ninth of July.
