Police forces arrived at the scene, joined fire and rescue forces and prevented tenants from entering until the professional inspection was completed by a dangerous building engineer.
At the end of the inspection and according to the engineer's determination that there was a real danger to the integrity of the building, the police forces began evacuating all the building's occupants (15 apartments) living in the place.
