Mezintsev added that the purpose of the actions of the Ukrainian extremists is to accuse the Russian armed forces of launching indiscriminate strikes on civilian infrastructure facilities, with extensive media coverage in the Ukrainian and Western media, according to a scenario that was developed in advance.
