In a report published Thursday, the European Court of Auditors returns to the large sums spent by the Commission to call on external consultants.
The management of this file, "
improvable
", is undermined by a lack of information, framework, vision and follow-up, regrets the report.
These shortcomings are all the more damaging in that the subject can arouse public concern, as the French example has shown, and that the Commission has "
increasingly
" recourse to these services.
