He said that it is his honor to serve Hong Kong in this position, and he will do his best to serve the society in different ways in the days to come.
The guild convener of the new government will be chaired by New Democracy Party chairman and member of the Legislative Council, Ye Liu Shuyi.
Since 2004, Chen Zhisi has not been appointed to the guild for only three and a half years, and has attended 545 formal meetings.
