“technical, distant and often incomprehensible”

He wanted to take advantage of the French presidency of the Council of the EU, which ends this Thursday, June 30, to decipher the mysteries of a Europe torn between the interests of its twenty-seven member countries.
But his immersion at the Élysée and with his diplomatic cell took a turn he did not expect with the invasion of Ukraine by Russian troops on February 24.
