Old danger point, new arguments

Danger point in the idyllic hill country: The district and road construction authority would like to defuse the junction of the district road ED 18 coming from Isen with the B 15 near St. Wolfgang.
But a resident does not play along.

The district administrator is sticking to defuse a danger point in the road network of the eastern district.
Now he sees a new opportunity.
St. Wolfgang – There has already been a death here, as well as a near-collision between a truck with brake problems and a school bus: The confluence of the ED 18 district road coming from Isen and Lappach with the B 15 north of St. Wolfgang has been considered for decades danger point.
But nothing will change for now.
A property owner is opposed.
At the annual press conference of the Freising State Building Authority, District Administrator Martin Bayerstorfer (CSU) reaffirmed the urgency of the defusing: "Since the release of the A 94 we have a new situation, the B 15 is the official diversion route in the event of the motorway being blocked."
There are several ideas: relocating the sharply sloping ED 18 estuary to the north or a roundabout.
If nothing is going on at all, Bayerstorfer can even imagine a transfer of the ED 18, which would then only merge into the B 15 at Eiermühle.
That would be the most complex and expensive solution.
Nothing concrete yet.
Felix Krötz from the building authority was not able to say how the planned bypasses of the B 388 municipalities of Moosinning, Erding and Bockhorn will continue.
"Currently, they are still in the urgent need of the Federal Transport Route Plan." However, the traffic light coalition agreement states that this paper should be "revised".
According to reports, the Scholz government wants to rely more on the rails.
It is not foreseeable whether the bypasses will be put on the back burner (again).
