Russia Today website quoted Putin as saying today in his speech on the occasion of the opening of the 10th Petersburg International Legal Forum, "The main topic of this forum is staying within the framework of the law, which is a matter that resonates urgently today." Interfering in its internal affairs and destroying treaties in the field of strategic stability not only harms relations between states and peoples, but also casts doubt on the essence of the global legal system.
