An illegal resident from the Hebron area was recently arrested on suspicion of robbing about NIS 2,000 last week of a 70-year-old man from Tel Aviv.
According to the suspect, the 24-year-old GSS arrived at a store on Hechalutzim Street in Jaffa last week. He waited for the place to close, followed the store owner until the entrance to his apartment building on Lewinsky Street - then violently attacked him, robbed him of his money and fled.

As stated, the police were able to arrest the suspect for questioning.
His detention was extended in court until the end of the investigation, and yesterday the prosecution filed a prosecutor's statement regarding the intention to file an indictment against him in the coming days, as well as a request to keep him in custody until the end of the legal proceedings against him.
