Five minors and a young adult, implicated in an altercation and gunshots on a bus in Rennes, are being prosecuted for "
violence in meetings
" and "
violence with a weapon

This violence took place on June 6 in a Rennes bus, Place de la République.
An altercation had occurred between several people boarding the bus and a minor, "
who had taken out a firearm which he had used three times, injuring himself on this occasion
", recalled the public prosecutor of Rennes Philippe Astruc to AFP, confirming information from the local press.
“
Prosecuted under the qualification of premeditated assembly violence in public transport
”, five minors, aged between 15 and 17, were presented to a judge and will appear on October 6 before the juvenile court.

One of them, author of the shootings will respond to acts of "
violence with a weapon

A sixth defendant, aged 18, will appear before the criminal court on December 8.

According to the prosecutor, seven people, including a minor, were taken into custody on Tuesday following the investigations.
