Hinterholzhausen should not die out.

The structural development requires a lot of brain power.

Among other things, the Langenpreisinger municipal council.

Langenpreising – The Langenpreising municipal council has taken the complex issue of structural development in the Hinterholzhausen district one step further.

For the first section, in which a glazier wants to relocate from the center of the village, a development plan is now being drawn up following a unanimous decision.

This is the first step in close coordination with the planning association that drew up the development concept.

According to Mayor Josef Straßer (FWG), the development plan could still be expanded.

In other parts of Hinterholzhausen could be built very quickly anyway, since it is a built-up area.

Paragraph 34 of the Building Code would then apply here.

In other areas, according to the ideas of the planning association, legal planning instruments such as an inclusion statute could be used.

In the opinion of the association, a development plan will also be necessary in two other parts of Hinterholzhausen.

In addition, he also recognizes the possibilities of internal development, which should be preferred due to the need to save space.

In order to be able to implement the various, then quite small development plans at all, the land use plan must also be adapted.

The planning association draws attention to this in the submission to the municipal council.

The background is that development plans are always to be developed from the land use plan.

In the previous meeting of the building committee, a preliminary building application in the area for which a development plan is now being drawn up was unanimously rejected.

The committee had agreed that once the building management process had been completed, the same application would go through without any problems.

But that was still outside.

The unanimous opinion of the committee was that the applicant was simply too early.

However, the application shows very well how great the desire in the village is to finally get building rights.

Efforts to develop this district have been going on for a number of years, but have repeatedly failed, not least because there have also been lawsuits against the community's intentions.

In other areas of Langenpreising, people are looking at the development in Hinterholzhausen with interest, as Straßer has already indicated several times that he sees the procedure there as a prime example.

The development concept was started in Hinterholzhausen because the pressure from the population to be able to create living space for future generations is greatest there.

The fear has been expressed several times that this part of Langenpreising could die out.
