War in Ukraine: the Russian withdrawal from Serpents' Island, a Ukrainian victory with uncertain military consequences

FOCUS - Located 50 kilometers from the coast, this small 17-hectare island conquered on February 24 by the Russians was hotly contested in the Black Sea. Moscow's withdrawal is at least a symbolic victory for kyiv.
