A year ago, Walt Disney stock was trading at $175 on Wall Street.
A year later, it has lost almost half of its value: it is listed at 95 dollars.
And yet, leading analysts have consistently remained
"positive"
on the stock's buy, even advising shareholders to
"hoard."
As if it were inappropriate to think otherwise.
The Walt Disney title is indeed at the heart of a controversy that continues to flourish.
On April 22, the Governor of Florida, Ron DeSantis, signed a law which should come into force in June 2023 ending the privileged status enjoyed by Walt Disney in this State for its animation park, one of the very first in the world.
And why does he do it?
Because he banned teaching - in primary school!
