Jean-Marc Reiser, tried before the Assizes of Bas-Rhin for the assassination of Sophie Le Tan, estimated on Friday July 1 that he "does not
deserve forgiveness
" from the relatives of the young student he has admitted to having killed and dismembered in September 2018.

I regret what happened, I did not want to kill her (…) I understand the pain of the parents.
I can only hope that one day maybe they can forgive me, even if I don't deserve forgiveness
