In recent days, two groups of deputies who do not necessarily refuse to call themselves populists have entered the National Assembly.
But if they claim both of the people, they do not have the same idea.
We first saw it among the deputies of the RN, who had been instructed to dress properly, the men having to present themselves there in a suit and tie, the women in a suit or other similar outfit.
It was necessary to comply with the codes of the institution, to respect its customs, which for ordinary mortals goes without saying.
You don't show up in flip-flops and bermudas at a job interview.
And you don't show up at the National Assembly wearing shirtsleeves.
Alas, these evidences of common sense are not for a good part of the parliamentary contingent of La France insoumise, who see nothing solemn in the fact of entering the Assembly, and who presented themselves there from the the most scruffy way possible - we immediately understood that he was a scruffy militant...
