At La Chassagnette, Armand Arnal's starred restaurant, we respect the visual and taste integrity of fruits, vegetables and flowers.

The biodiversity there is such that you almost want to talk about a botanical garden (4.5 hectares!).
A tropical greenhouse even allows the chef to work in a short circuit on new productions in the Camargue.
