The document also touched on the “European Fund to Support Co-Production and Distribution of Cinematographic and Audiovisual Works, the European Audiovisual Observatory and the Council of Europe Agreement for Sports.”
In addition, “Russia’s participation in the Extended Partial Agreement on Cultural Paths of the Council of Europe and the Observatory for the Teaching of History in Europe Agreement has been terminated.”
