Tonight, he deliberately drove from Yuen Long to Heng Fa Village to follow the wind. Nothing compares to the situation when super typhoon Mangkhut hit Hong Kong in 2018.

At about 10 o'clock in the evening, a member of the civil security team came to patrol the scene, persuading the citizens of Guanlang to stay away from the shore to avoid accidents.

The wind in Tsim Sha Tsui was more severe. Some passersby's umbrellas were almost deformed by the strong wind, and some men could hardly stand still. In addition, the scene was also full of wind chasers, and many people took the opportunity to check in.

The seaside of Xinghua Village is getting bigger and bigger at night. The waves splash and rush to the shore from time to time. Some citizens wearing raincoats approach the shore to feel the power of Siamba.

At about 10 o'clock in the evening, a member of the civil security team came to patrol the scene, advising the public to stay away from the shore to avoid accidents.

Xinghua Village has always been the hardest hit area by typhoons. When Hato in 2017 and Mangosteen in 2018 hit Hong Kong, there were also flooded parking lots.

However, the relevant situation has improved in recent years. Water gates have been installed at the waterfront location of the estate and at the entrance of the basement car park to prevent further flooding.
