Two people were presented this Friday morning to an examining magistrate, indicates the parquet floor of Bobigny.
They were heard in the context of a complaint filed by the mayor (PS) of Saint-Denis, Mathieu Hanotin, for "attempted blackmail and extortion" as confirmed by his entourage.
The story begins a little over a month ago.
"One or two days" before the Champions League final at the Stade de France, organized on May 28, say those close to the chosen one.
That day, Mathieu Hanotin, who did not want to speak on this case, lost his cell phone.
“It was not a theft”, assures the same source.
For nearly a month, nothing happened.
The city councilor buys a mobile, without further consequences.
At the end of last week, the 43-year-old elected official, who kept the same telephone number, began to receive messages "fairly late at night" on his new device.
Individuals have in fact managed to crack the privacy codes of the lost laptop and have therefore identified the victim.

They then try to blackmail the chosen one.
They claim a sum of money from Mathieu Hanotin by threatening him, otherwise, to disclose personal and professional data contained in his old telephone.

An investigation was opened and entrusted to the sub-directorate of the judicial police of Seine-Saint-Denis (SDPJ 93).
A first arrest took place on Wednesday, followed by a second.
Placed in police custody, the two individuals were therefore presented this Friday to an investigating judge.
"The mayor wishes to salute the excellent work of the police," said a relative.
