At about 5 am today (1st), the police found a man with suspicious behavior on the streets of Castle Peak Road in Tsuen Wan near Nan Fung Spinning Factory, so they stopped and checked. The police later seized wooden sticks and other items on the man, so they were involved in the investigation.
