The wedding season is in full swing, after two years of health restrictions.
But now, it is the tailors who have some difficulty in finding fabric, under the double effect of a shortage of wool and an excessive demand.
Note that the tradition of the jacket is still very much alive and asserted.
And that on the costume side, it is navy blue, of course, which takes the lion's share.
On the other hand, the royal blue or electric Klein blue trend is over.
This garish fashion of the 2010s has had its day.
The sky blue suit made a remarkable arrival, on the other hand.
Who would've believed that.
That said, the real novelty is green, in all its shades.
The drapers have noted it well and are reporting stock shortages.
Because next to the military trend green appreciated for a few years, parsley green (saturated tint) or sage green (more sweetish, even a little verdigris) are no longer scary.
Including for three-piece suits.
