The volunteer campaign launched by the Shahba Charitable Society in As-Suwayda (If you want to be well, take it easy) aims to provide the clothes and shoes needed for more than 200 children before the coming of Eid Al-Adha.
In a statement to SANA reporter today, the association’s board chairman, Samer Samoua, said that the campaign comes with the support of civil activities to bring joy to the hearts of young people by communicating with the administrations of primary schools, kindergartens and the local community to identify the children most in need to be targeted in the campaign by providing paid vouchers with names written on them. Several shops contracted by the association to choose the Eid clothing.
The Shahba Charitable Society was established in Sweida in 2009 and carries out social and humanitarian activities targeting the neediest families.
