The administrative closure order for the establishment was signed on Friday "

", said the Rhône prefecture in a press release.

The employee, who was alone on the morning of the tragedy in this crèche of the People & Baby group, located in the 3rd arrondissement of Lyon, was indicted on June 24 for intentional homicide.

Since the death, the employee, who is in pre-trial detention, has been the subject of very violent attacks on social networks, where the management of the People & Baby group is also strongly criticized.
