The Prime Minister has just spent three hours with Emmanuel Macron to sweep away the urgent matters of the moment: the texts to be presented to the Council of Ministers (including the long-awaited package on purchasing power), outline the main lines that will frame the policy declaration general that it must – normally – pronounce on Wednesday, then assess the balance of power in the hemicycle to point out the possible allies on the right and on the left.
