The authorities of the Donetsk People's Republic announced that the Ukrainian forces bombed the territory of Donetsk 43 times during the last night, killing two people and wounding 20 others.
"Ukrainian forces fired 327 pieces of various shells and missiles on the territory of Donetsk, killing civilians in the city of Yasinovataya and wounding 20 others with varying degrees of severity in the Kuibyshevsky and Petrovsky regions of the capital Donetsk and in Yasinovataya," the RIA Novosti news agency quoted the authorities as saying in a statement today.
The statement pointed out that 19 residential buildings were damaged in the Kirovsky and Kuibyshevsky regions of Donetsk and in the city of Makeyivka.
It is noteworthy that the territory of the Republic of Donetsk has been subjected to repeated bombardment by Ukrainian forces on residential neighborhoods and infrastructure, which led to the death and injury of dozens during the past months.
