It has recently been reported that he is also in contact with Gideon Saar regarding the possibility of a joint run of blue and white and new hope.
In addition, Ganz is trying to add to his ranks former chief of staff Gadi Izenkot, who is considering joining political life.

The pursuit of Izenkot
Izenkot is torn between three main options: joining Gantz, joining Torch, or staying out of the political system.
Labor chairman Meirav Michaeli also spoke with him, but it is estimated that the chances of him joining the party are low.
According to the publications, Izenkot wants to join one of the center-left parties at the head of a group whose members will be included in the list, and Lapid opposes this because he does not want to accept a "party within a party."
In light of this, there is an increased chance that Izenkot will join Gantz, with the two also having a positive acquaintance from the period of their joint service in the IDF.
The strengthening of blue and white in the polls may put it in the balance on the way to forming a government, and in some cases it may even put Ganz in a position to demand rotation or even form a government under his leadership.
