Tehran-Sana
A member of the Iranian parliament's parliament, Hojjatoleslam Alireza Salimi, warned against US plans to thwart negotiations on the Iranian nuclear deal to please the Zionist entity.
IRNA quoted Salimi as saying in a statement today that "Washington does not want the negotiations to reach the desired result to please the Zionist lobby, which is working to prevent Iran from obtaining the benefits stipulated in the nuclear agreement."
He added that "the position of the United States has drawn criticism from the representative of the European Union as well, to say that America is not keeping pace with the progress of the negotiations."
Salimi indicated that Washington plans to "impose restrictions on Iran's scientific, nuclear, economic and missile activities."
Yesterday, Iran's permanent representative to the United Nations, Majid Takht Ravanchi, reiterated his country's position on the necessity of full and effective implementation of the nuclear agreement, and that there is no alternative to it.
