The Helios Amper Clinic Dachau makes it possible.
All interested parties are invited to get an idea on site: At the Job Speed Dating on Tuesday, July 5th, they can talk to representatives of the nursing management and the HR department in person.
The Helios Amper-Klinikum Dachau invites you to job speed dating: Applicants for care can drop by easily and without complications.
"It's about getting to know each other in a relaxed atmosphere," said Nursing Director Martin Endres.
“There is no need for complex application documents – we want to get to know the person and present our clinic.
The best way to do that is in a personal conversation.”
On Tuesday, July 5th, conference room 1 in the Amper-Klinikum will be dedicated to nursing.
In contrast to conventional job interviews, professional opportunities and opportunities can be discussed without obligation over a cup of coffee and a piece of cake.
Pre-registration for Job Speed Dating is not required.
Everyone from the care sector who would like to get to know the Amper-Klinik as an employer is cordially invited.
Around 1,200 employees work in the Amper clinics in Dachau and Indersdorf, 500 of them in nursing.
The primary care provider has 17 specialist departments, and the new department of urology and pediatric urology only started in February of this year.
"Especially in nursing, it is becoming increasingly challenging to find employees," says Endres.
"Perhaps this way we can address people who would like to find out more and have so far shied away from an official application."
There are many good arguments for working at the Helios Amper clinics: meaningful work in a family atmosphere, short distances and professional cross-departmental cooperation.
The Job Speed Dating will take place on Tuesday, July 5, at 4:30 p.m. in conference room 1 at the Helios Amper Clinic in Dachau.
Participants must present a negative test result from a certified testing center.
However, the rapid antigen test can also be carried out on site.
