Russian and Lugansk forces took control of the city of Lysechansk in the Lugansk People's Republic.
And the Russian RIA Novosti news agency reported: "During the withdrawal of the Kyiv forces, the Nazis blew up and destroyed some important administrative buildings, including the governorate building."
The Russian Defense Ministry announced yesterday that the Russian forces and Lugansk forces entered the city of Lyschansk, and during the past three days, they managed to control the Lyschansk oil refinery, the Matroskaya mine and the gelatin factory, as well as the Tobolivka residential area.
