This afternoon (February), at the Hung Hom pier, there was a "cross wind and rain", and the trees blew to the east and west.
However, many citizens went to the Hung Hom pier to chase the wind without fear of the wind and rain. Some children even bought water shoes specially. They joked that the wind was strong today, "We should hang the No. 10 typhoon!"
This time, the No. 8 typhoon will take effect on July 1st. During public holidays and Saturdays, many wage earners can take vacations. Some people say that "you can't take a vacation without taking three days, and you can spend a lot of time."

The Observatory said that Siamba was closest to Hong Kong this morning and noon, passing around 300 kilometers southwest of Hong Kong.
The reporter of "Hong Kong 01" went to the Hung Hom pier at about 12 o'clock this afternoon to directly check the wind and rain conditions. The scene was windy and rainy, and "white-headed waves" appeared on the sea from time to time.
The umbrellas brought by many citizens were also blown out of shape, but even in raincoats, they were soaked all over.
Child Lo went to the Hung Hom pier to "chasing the wind" with her parents. She pointed out that today is the first time to go out to chase the wind while the tropical cyclone warning is in effect. She believes that the wind and rain are also very strong. I specially bought water shoes for today's chasing wind, but there is still "a little wetness".
