The Pakistani army announced today that it has eliminated three terrorists in the northwest province of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
Xinhua quoted the army as saying in a statement that its forces carried out a military operation in North Waziristan district, during which they clashed with a group of terrorists, killing three of them, and confiscating weapons and ammunition in their possession.
For years, Pakistani forces have continued their military operations to eliminate terrorists in the northern regions of the country, especially in North Waziristan.
