Chef Alaa Musa is a household name in the world of Israeli cuisine.
The chef who brought the good news of local, fresh and fresh cuisine to Acre and from there to Haifa.
He arrived in the Haifa port area long before anyone dreamed that the quiet street along the port would become a wonderful culinary complex.
