Cruel robbery:
A 74-year-old woman was attacked and robbed at the central bus station in Tel Aviv, while staying near the women's restroom on the sixth floor of the building.
The injured elderly woman was evacuated for medical treatment.
Police forces, who were called to the scene, began extensive searches for the suspect, who was located shortly after he tried to flee the scene and was arrested for questioning.
The arrest of the suspect, a 34-year-old foreign national from Sudan, a resident of the north of the country, has been extended in court.
Upon completion of the investigation of the Sharet station, the State Attorney's Office submitted a statement from the prosecutor regarding the intention to file an indictment against him in the coming days, as well as a request for his detention until the end of the proceedings.
