The Beer Sheva Municipality has issued a tender for the construction of a complex of swimming pools, sports, recreation and leisure in the Nahal Park in the city.
This is a DBOT tender in which the winning developer undertakes to plan to establish and operate the new center for 25 years.
According to the terms of the tender, the developer will receive a grant of NIS 2.7 million from the municipality to participate in the construction expenses.
The complex is expected to cover an area of about 15 dunams and will include an indoor complex with a semi-Olympic pool, Jacuzzi and sauna, a gym, training rooms, an open area with another semi-Olympic pool, a toddler pool, a swimming pool and a gymboree.
In addition, the complex will include an open sports complex that includes tennis courts, combined sports courts, beach volleyball and children's playgrounds and more.

The Nahal Park neighborhood in Be'er Sheva covers an area of about 1,150 dunams, where 5,000 housing units are being built at various stages of construction.
