A patrol found a fallen motorcyclist in Gronsdorf.
Apparently he was drunk and was driving too fast.
He was taken to the hospital with serious injuries.
Gronsdorf – A patrol from the Haar Police Station found a motorcyclist who had fallen on Sunday around 12:30 a.m. in the Gronsdorf district.
The 29-year-old from Ottobrunn was apparently on the local connecting road Gronsdorf - Salmdorf in a north-easterly direction when he got off the road just before leaving the town - probably because the speed was not adjusted, the police reports.
In addition, the man was apparently drunk.
The officers noticed a strong smell of alcohol on him, and the 29-year-old was then taken to the hospital for blood.
The driver was seriously injured in the crash and had to be hospitalized.
Apparently he wasn't wearing a motorcycle helmet, at least the police couldn't find one.
The motorcycle was a total loss of around 6000 euros.
The police towed it away.
