Passers-by found him lying on the ground, he died at the scene of the accident.

Bicycle accident near Nuremberg: man dies after a serious fall

On the night of Sunday, July 3rd, a bicycle accident occurred in Hersbruck, near Nuremberg in Central Franconia.

According to a press release from the Central Franconia police, however, it is still unclear how the fall came about.

Passers-by found the pedelec driver lying on the street.

They called the emergency services, but the 65-year-old man died at the scene of the accident despite the emergency services immediately taking resuscitation measures.

Police believe no other people were involved in the accident.

She continued to investigate.
