The same restaurant, Mileage by its name, officially opens this week after quite a bit of teasing, lots of renovations and a few weeks of running, at the Brut Hotel from the Brown hotel chain in Tel Aviv, right on the sea, in the space where the mythical "Herbert Samuel" restaurant operated.

The restaurant has a large oven that is responsible for many of the dishes on the menu, which itself changes every season and raw materials.
The style of the restaurant, if you will, is "Mediterranean" and most of it is about the purity of the fish and the same oven dishes.
Alongside these there is also a large wine menu and an impressive selection of cocktails for which the mixologist Noam Sharet is responsible.
