The Directorate of the Temporary Register provided more than 24,500 various services between extracting real estate records, documenting sales contracts and matching records, during the first half of this year.
Director of the Temporary Register in Damascus Governorate, Nuri Salman Bayan, told SANA that the services provided since the beginning of the year until the thirtieth of last June included the extraction of 13,538 real estate records, 3,939 certified copies of title deeds, 892 statements of denial of ownership or proof of ownership, 241 statement of ownership sequence, in addition to documenting 2,527 contracts Selling a gift, buying, vacancy by court ruling, seizure signals of all kinds, and 3437 conforming to real estate restrictions.
Salman explained that all transactions are archived electronically and work is being done to create a fund to pay dispatches in the directorate in order to shorten the time and effort of citizens.
Salman indicated that the services provided by the Directorate include a statement of the sequence of owners, a request for a real estate registration, a statement of ownership in the alphabetical index, a matching of a real estate record and a certified copy of the ownership contract, at the Citizen Service Center in the temporary registry building in the building of the Damascus Health Directorate in Sabaa Bahrat.
