It was not possible to sit in line for check in, and I saw a shorter line and went there. I was with a big belly, it was clear I was pregnant, but The representative started shouting at me and demanded that I return to the long queue. At that moment I realized that something was wrong here. After two and a half hours we checked in and arrived to check the bags. There was a very long queue, and I was already very tired.
