With the participation of a number of local companies, the Al-Khair market was opened today in the Apamea complex in Lattakia, which includes a variety of products such as clothing, shoes, food and detergents at competitive prices for the market.

Regarding the market organized by Lattakia Governorate on the occasion of Eid al-Adha, a member of the Executive Office of the Internal Trade Sector, Ali Youssef, told SANA reporter during the opening that it provides basic materials at prices lower than the market, up to 25 percent, in addition to clothing, with a discount of 50 percent.

In turn, the Director of Internal Trade and Consumer Protection, Eng. Ahmed Zaher, stated in a similar statement that two booths for clothes and shoes were opened through coordination with producers in the governorate, who offer their products at almost cost prices and discounts reach 50 percent.

For his part, the director of the branch of the Syrian Trade Corporation, Engineer Sami Halil, pointed out that the market continues to operate daily from 9 am to 12 pm, indicating that the Apamea complex also includes a variety of commodities of all foodstuffs and detergents at reduced prices.

The director of Apamea Ali Al-Sankari explained that the institution allocated an area of ​​approximately 600 square meters to the market, in which various local industrial companies participate, offering their products at reasonable prices and real discounts, to be an opportunity for shopping, in addition to the wide range of commodities offered by the complex.

The opening of the market was attended by the Governor of Lattakia, Eng. Amer Hilal, the Vice President of the Executive Office, Firas Al-Sousi, and the two directors of the Syrian Grain Corporation and the General Corporation for Internal Trade for Metals and Building Materials (Omran).
