The Pioneers of the Pioneers competitions, which are held by the Vanguard of the Baath Organization at the level of Syria, were launched in Hama today, with the participation of 1,000 male and female students from all governorates, in eight centers within the city.
The competitions include examining the pioneers at the branch level in the fields of culture, eloquence, rhetoric, story, poetry, essay, English language, music, theater and sports, which include volleyball, badminton and chess, passing through the field of media and technical sciences, which includes physics, science, chemistry, computer science and electronics.
Minister of Education, Dr. Darem Tabbaa, confirmed in a statement to SANA reporter that the presence of this number of Syrian children within this cultural, scientific and literary gathering indicates the ability of the Vanguard Organization to overcome all difficulties and play its role in raising the generation and building the learner’s personality, pointing to the Ministry’s contribution to conducting all scientific and musical evaluations that The organization conducted it with the assistance of expertise from other ministries, and prepared everything necessary to host the children of the people of the governorate in an organized and comfortable manner.
The head of the Vanguards of the Baath Organization, Dr. Izzat Arabi Katbi, referred to the organization’s pioneering role in discovering talents and nurturing them in all fields and placing them on the right path to complete their progress, pointing out that the judging committees were formed from specialists and experts to ensure complete impartiality in the results with the full mobilization of Hama’s educational, administrative and community cadres to make these competitions a success. .
The Secretary of the Vanguards of the Baath Organization branch in Hama, Masoud Al-Yassin, pointed out the organization's keenness to follow more accuracy in the questions and specific criteria by the arbitration committees to integrate the work between the organization and the Ministry of Education to raise a talented generation and nurture its capabilities.
The Secretary of the Badminton Federation, Iyad Mahmoud, described the level of participation as good, which reflects the desire of children and their families to invest in opportunities for excellence and hone talents.
While the member of the Chess Federation and the head of the jury, Ali Al-Khatib, stated that 50 students from the fifth and sixth grades participated in the smart sport competitions, and their level was very good, pointing out that the main pillar of arbitration is that there is no loss because all the participants are pioneers at the level of their governorates and have proven themselves well.
The child Lana Al-Taweel, the pioneer in the field of small media in the As-Suwayda governorate, indicated her interest in preparing for the competition through intensive training, while the pioneer in informatics in the Tartous governorate, Julia Barhoum, expressed her hope to continue paying attention to the pioneers and securing everything necessary to develop their skills.
Yesterday, Hama Governorate received delegations of children from the Vanguards of the Baath Organization participating in the Pioneers competitions.
