Boris Becker is suing Oliver Pocher for a TV report on "Pocher - Dangerously Honest".

The comedian shows no remorse.

Instead, he laughs at the lawsuit on his podcast.

Cologne – A few days ago Boris Becker, who has been in prison for two and a half years because of several insolvency proceedings, sued Oliver Pocher.

An older post in his comedy show "Dangerously Honest" is said to have gone against the grain of the ex-tennis professional.

In his podcast "Die Pochers!" The comedian now takes a stand and defends himself against the charges.

In his TV show, Oliver Pocher is said to have duped Boris Becker by starting a call for donations under the name "Make Boris rich again".

According to court reports, Becker even received the money without knowing it - because it was incorporated into a supposed fashion prize that was awarded to him on the show.

A few days ago, Oliver Pocher received the lawsuit, which the comedian can only laugh about.

"I'm happy, Boris Becker sued me.

Because of the fashion brand award, we have to go to court because Boris Becker felt disparaged," laughs Pocher in his podcast.

"If you go to court for some shit like that, you really don't get it.

If you've hit 50 million in the sack, are in jail and think: Oliver Pocher, I'm going to sue him now, I'll have a go..." he continues to joke.

Oliver Pocher demands 100,000 euros in compensation from Fat Comedy for a slap in the face

"That there really is a frying pan lawyer who thinks he can make a number out of it!" Pocher is stunned.

His wife Amira Pocher sees Becker's lawsuit as unproblematic: "I think your chances are pretty good.

In the end it's just a show, it was comedy," she says on the podcast.

A few months ago, the comedian made headlines again when he received a slap in the face from Fat Comedy during a boxing match, which threw him out of his seat.

Now Oliver Pocher is demanding a whopping 100,000 euros in damages.

An amount that Fat Comedy's attorneys thought was a typo.
