A RATP bus driver was violently attacked on Sunday evening. He had just avoided a child who was crossing. A dozen I

On the images, we discover half a dozen attackers letting off steam on a man in a white shirt.

He is pushed and dragged on the ground and takes punches and kicks.

The abused man is in fact the driver of an RATP bus on line 361. The employee is literally beaten up by young men.

The scene is filmed from the bus.

We hear the passengers screaming loudly but continue to capture the images of the fight without intervening to separate the protagonists.

All my support for the @RATPgroup line 361 agent attacked yesterday.

A strong response must be made to these scum.

An internal note from the RATP, which condemns with "the greatest firmness this act of violence", recounts the facts: "The attack occurred at the Épinay-Orgemont stop (

in the district of the same name

) around 7:25 p.m. .

Following a traffic dispute, individuals assaulted the driver before fleeing.

»

The driver, in his thirties, "presented a bleeding wound in the head and bruises on the left shoulder".

He was rescued by the police, the network protection and security group (GPSR).

He was transported by firefighters to the Delafontaine hospital in Saint-Denis.

“A complaint has already been filed,” adds the Régie.

No arrest on Monday

The victim was heard and the circumstances are taking shape more precisely.

According to a source familiar with the matter, "the attack occurred after a child's avoidance maneuver in the Orgemont district".

The bus driver would have been surprised by the appearance of the little boy.

He managed to control his vehicle in time without hitching the child.

Witnesses attending the scene then began to insult the operator.

The latter continued on his way to the next stop.

There, a very hostile welcoming committee awaited him firmly.

The driver opened the doors and got off the bus.

It was then that he was assaulted and beaten up and left on the sidewalk.

The perpetrators have not yet been arrested.

But the RATP videos and those posted by witnesses could provide valuable information to investigators from the Epinay-sur-Seine police station in charge of the investigation.
