During the first half of this year, citizen service centers in Daraa provided 90,000 services to citizens, ranging from civil, legal, and non-employee registry services in state departments and institutions.
Member of the Executive Office of the Daraa Provincial Council, supervising citizen service centers, Essam Al-Masry, said in a statement to SANA reporter today that the number of citizen service centers in Daraa affiliated with the Ministry of Local Administration and Environment is four centers in the General Secretariat of Daraa Governorate and the city councils of Daraa, Izraa and Al-Sanamayn, indicating that the centers eased pressure on centers The Civil Registry, the Criminal Security Branch, and the Postal Directorate, meanwhile, saved the citizen hours of waiting to obtain some identification.
Al-Masry indicated that the consular office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, which was put into service in November of last year, provided about 50,000 services in the first half of the year in the field of attesting Ministry of Foreign Affairs documents, including family records, family statements, certificates from the Ministries of Education and Higher Education, agencies, recruitment documents, and others.
