After her divorcee won the libel lawsuit that shocked the world, Heard demands that the court overturn the verdict • Among her claims: The verdict is based on unfounded evidence, there was a defect in choosing one of the jurors and the amount she was required to pay was disproportionate

After the scorching loss in the defamation lawsuit filed against her by divorcee Johnny Depp, Amber Heard is now demanding: overturn the verdict.

As you may recall, after a well-publicized defamation trial full of drama and slander, the court ruled in favor of Depp about a month ago when Herd was required to pay her ex-husband tens of millions of dollars after accusing him of ongoing mental and physical abuse.

First the amount set was $ 15 million and then changed to $ 10 million.

Now, Heard (36) is appealing to the court and seeking to set aside the verdict on the grounds that it is not supported by well-founded evidence.

In a 43-page memorandum filed in court Friday by Hurd's attorney, it was alleged, among other things, that Depp's claim that he was fired from his role in the "Pirates of the Caribbean" film series due to an opinion piece she published in the Washington Post is false and unfounded.

It was further argued that there was a defect in the choice of one of the jurors, and that the identity of juror number 15 as submitted to the court did not match the identity of the juror who ultimately took part in the trial and therefore his participation was illegal.

The amount that Hard eventually was required to pay to Depp was also excessive and disproportionate, the lawyer argued in a memorandum filed, demanding that the verdict be overturned, re-examined or a new trial set.
