BBV: Dealing with Türkgücü is illegal - city wants to comment

In a closed session, the city council spoke out against subletting the monastery stadium to Türkgücü Munich.
However, the BBV parliamentary group considers this procedure to be illegal.
Fürstenfeldbruck – As the parliamentary group leader Christian Götz wrote in an e-mail to Mayor Erich Raff and his deputies, a refusal without justification, as was done by the city council, if approval had been promised beforehand and there was a deadline, was pure harassment .
"The reference to the (inappropriate) non-publicity of the meeting cannot replace dutiful, serious behavior on the part of the city."

The BBV therefore recommends objecting to the decision as unlawful and suspending enforcement.
Otherwise, the city would once again be threatened with justified recourse claims by the SCF and possibly also by Türkgücü.
The mayor can order subletting.
"In our opinion, a referral by the city council is and was not necessary," writes Götz.
He personally assumed that there would be a large majority in favor of subletting, in order to signal to the city and clubs that they did not want to stand in the way of their requests.
"Now, unfortunately, the exact opposite is the case."
The city tour asked in advance whether the topic should be presented to the city council and received the recommendation from the city hall lawyer, explains Deputy Mayor Christian Stangl, who is deputizing for Mayor Erich Raff during his vacation.
The topic should be presented to the lawyer again, according to Stangl.
Subject to the mayor's decision, a statement will be made at the next city council meeting.
