The Likud today (Monday) filed a petition with the Central Election Commission, the Second Authority and the Attorney General, demanding "to ensure that Lapid refrains from using state resources for his election campaign and to ensure that the two prime ministerial candidates receive equal screen time on channels without political bias."
In the petitions, Likud members claim that the media statement issued by Prime Minister Lapid on Saturday night was documented by the Government Press Bureau, in the official accounts of the Prime Minister's Office and also in Lapid's private accounts.
The Likud claims that this is a violation of the election law.
