The implementation of this project is not easy.
Many Hohenbrunners would like to have a Rewe in this area.
Hohenbrunn
– In Bavarian, the term "zach" is probably appropriate to describe the realization of the supermarket and the residential development on Putzbrunner Straße.
The Hohenbrunn community would have laid the foundations long ago.
Letter from Investor
Mayor Stephan Straßmair (CSU) reported in the municipal council meeting about a letter from the investor on the reasons for the current delay in the implementation of the project.
As reported, Michael Dankerl Bau from the district of Cham has acquired land on site.
As far as the municipality is aware, the investor and the supermarket chain Rewe are still willing and interested in realizing the plans outlined.
But the investor is only in possession of four fifths of the planning area because one of the previous owners refuses to accept the notarized purchase price.
This is exactly the reason, explained Straßmair, why the investor cannot make use of the legally given building rights at the moment.
Various legal proceedings are in progress, apparently also against the municipality itself.
Nothing happens quickly
Manfred Haucke (citizens' forum) wanted to know whether and what the community could do to enable the construction of the supermarket and living space in the near future.
The answer was clear: "Nothing." Everything had already been done by the community.
Now the eyes go to Justitia.
The citizens' forum found an answer for itself on its website: "At the beginning of the discussion in 2017, a different cooperation between all those involved should have been set up." It sounds as if the buck would be passed to everyone in the end.
